Highly recommend Jess and her team with regards to her pet check in services, our cats are always very well looked after when we go away and we always receive photos whilst we are away for reassurance. Jess offers a very professional service and excellent value for money and always a very caring attitude towards our cats and she also goes above and beyond her care as along with looking after our cats she never minds feeding our garden hedgehogs and checking on them, great service.
Thank you to Jess for her input and knowledge in helping our nutty dog. She now eats every meal with gusto, sleeps through the night. She seems more secure and we are now better at picking up body language. Her big issue is still in progress, but without help we would be much worse off. C x

The Team at Hoof and Paws are so lovely to work with . They have your pets best interest at heart and are willing to work with their quirks . The fact that they stay with your pets in your own home where they are most comfortable is a boon . They are very popular and the reason for this is the quality services they offer and the quality of the staff they employ . Highly recommended.
I have been taking my dog to the Hoopers classes run by hoof and paws. Jess is patient kind and knowledgeable. She has given me lots of tips on training and I feel my bond with my dog grows stronger everytime we go. Would highly recommend.
I cannot fault the care and attention that Jess and the team give Mabel when they look after her . Mabel is a very nervous dog especially around other dogs . This team do one on one unlike some other dog walking services. The quality of staff is high , trained in animal behavior and first aid. They have your pets best interests at heart and respond in an individual way with respect for your pets quirks . They are busy so best to book in advance but that just shows the quality of their services. Highly recommended.

Fully booked 2+ months ahead. Sure they're fine but not for me in this instance. Your reply. I think you meant "we were" or "we are" not "we was". A good idea would be to put your available dates on your webpage, so that people know when you have space. Also to make it clear that you do not 'sit' in people's homes. Thanks

I have used this company for 3 years. I always feel so reassured that Jess is going in daily. She always goes the extra mile not to just check on the welfare of the animals but ensuring they get fuss and some enjoyment in their visit.
I was so pleased to see our Giant Continental rabbit Hilda being allowed to have a run around the garden and doing binkies. Close friends and family are not brave enough to let out the Were-Rabbit but this is a testament to how comfortable even temperamental pets are around Jess. She has also purchased cat litter and extra hay when needed. She has also checked the property and alerted us to the smell of gas and water issues.
