By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all group classes, events, and workshops provided by Hoof & Paws.

General Booking Terms:

• You will keep your dog under your control at all times during classes, events or workshops, ensuring their safety and that of other participants.
• You confirm that your dog is suitable to attend a group class, event or workshop, taking into account their behaviour, emotional needs and ability to cope working around other dogs and people (If you are unsure, please contact us before booking)
• You agree to follow all instructions given to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
• You will ensure your dog is wearing an appropriately fitting collar with tag and Y fronted harness during sessions.
• You are aware that the use of aversive equipment or methods is not permitted.
• You agree you are responsible for picking up and disposing of your dog’s faeces and are responsible for disposing of it appropriately.
• All children should be supervised and should not be allowed to approach dogs they do not know. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and Hoof & Paws should be informed of their attendance at time of booking/before the session date.
• The location for each class, event, or workshop will be provided at the time of booking. Final details and any updates will be confirmed by Hoof & Paws. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the correct contact details are provided and to check for any updates or changes before attending.
• Some sessions do require owners to bring certain equipment to that particular session (i.e, something for your dog to lie on, chew, long line, etc.) - these shall be listed at the time of booking via our website description and in the communication about the session via our WhatsApp community/or any emails sent to you.

Missed Sessions, Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds will be provided for missed classes, events or workshops
• Late cancellations and non-attendance are non-refundable
• Places are non-transferable (unless previously agreed in advance)
• All class, event and workshop bookings are final and specific to the date, time and location and cannot be moved.

Places are reserved in advance, and numbers are limited to maintain all attendees safety.

In the unlikely event that Hoof & Paws has to cancel any class, event or workshop at short notice, due to adverse weather or other external circumstances, a refund of the full amount will be given or an alternative service of equal value provided.

Hoof & Paws and any person acting on their behalf will not accept responsibility for any loss, accident, injury, illness or damage to any person, or dogs attending a course/training session/class, or to their property caused during the provision of dog training activities.
