Join Scent Scouts, our exciting group scent work class with Jess from Hoof & Paws & the dorest dog trainer Jack Fenton, where you and your dog will dive into the fascinating world of scent through three incredible disciplines – Scent Detection, Tracking, and Trailing.
Every dog’s nose tells a story, and this class is all about learning to read it.
From searching for hidden scents and following footsteps across the ground to trailing a person’s unique scent over distance, each session is packed with new challenges, problem-solving, and adventure.
Whether you have a bouncy beginner or a seasoned scent scout, Our Scent Scouts sessions offers a welcoming environment where every dog can succeed and this mega collab is no different.
As your dog’s confidence grows, so will your teamwork, communication, and appreciation for the remarkable abilities they use every single day.

- This is a group session of 6 max dogs.
- Bring with you: your dog on a Y fronted harness
- Long line
- Reward – treats/ toy or both, dog some water, and longline.
- Those of you who are Scent Scout Legends: Â bring with you your bandanas & logbooks .
- Children are welcome however, they must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Hoof & Paws must be informed of children’s attendance before booking class to ensure the safety of everyone attending.
- Carried out by an approved and vetted dog trainers.
